Food | Handstands | Flourishing

Hi, I’m Abby. I fuel my handstand practice with wholesome, plant-based food. This website is where I post free, printable WAFFLE recipes. Why waffles? Because they’re delicious, no-fuss, and delightful to share.

I’m also a coach. I help people—particularly athletes—build individualized holistic movement practices that help them flourish. Holistic movement means using physical practices (like handstands and breathing) to generate well-being that concerns the whole person. One way to think of holistic movement is fitness beyond fitness. My unique approach to holistic movement combines decades of athletic experience with yoga, modern exercise science, and human development (scroll down for details).
